A letter from the Secretary of State (SoS) has been published on the National Infrastructure Planning website.

The letter invites comments from all Interested Parties in relation to responses from the Applicant and other Interested Parties to his consultation letter dated 11 July 2025. The deadline for receipt of comments is 23:59 13 September 2025.
