Tendring District Council has Made an Order to divert sections of Footpaths 3 & 4 Weeley to alternative routes as indicated on the attached order in respect of Land south of Thorpe Road, Weeley and approved planning under references Outline Ref: 19/00524/OUT granted 14/08/2019 and RM Ref: 22/00979/DETAIL granted 04/10/2023.

I am hereby notifying you that on 7 October 25 Tendring District Council Confirmed the attached Order.

The order will come into effect upon certification by Essex County Council.

Attached is a copy of the Order and the Notice which has been posted on site and which will appear in the Colchester Gazette on 4 December 2025.
