A notice has been received from Essex Highways regarding Footpath 5 

Highways Act 1980 Section 119A

I am hereby notifying you that Essex County Council has Confirmed an Order to divert part of Footpath 5 in the parish of Weeley in the District of Tendring.

Attached is a copy of the Order and the Notice which has been posted on site and which will appear in the Colchester Gazette.
