12. Planning

  • 21/00502/FUL
    No objection
Erection of single storey side/rear extension
The Bungalow Hilltop Garden Centre Clacton Road Weeley
  • 21/00458/FUL
WPC does not object to this application but is surprised to see that a contribution towards the deficit of open space is to go to Little Clacton Parish rather than Weeley. This appears to set an unacceptable precedent. WPC has a similar deficit to Little Clacton and also has plans to extend its playground at Weeley Playing Field.
Proposed one bungalow. (Variation of scheme as approved under planning permission 20/00668/FUL - handed version of dwelling to allow for drainage)
Plot 8 Land off Connaught Road Weeley
  • 21/00462/DETAIL
WPC is concerned that the garden size and the roadway width may not comply with minimum requirements.
